To keep this guarantee fair for all customers, returns must meet the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be in like-new, resellable condition with no scratches, cracks, scuffs, or signs of heavy use.

  • The product must include all original accessories, including charging cable, lens cloth, storage case, and packaging inserts.

  • Protective films and stickers must still be attached or returned with the item.

  • Any item that has been modified, damaged, or improperly handled will not qualify for a refund.

  • The guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and only to first-time orders. Replacement or discounted items are not covered.

Return Approval

  • You must contact our support team for approval before shipping the product back.

  • Unauthorized returns, packages sent without approval, or returns sent to the wrong address will automatically be rejected.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Inspection & Processing

  • After the returned item arrives at our facility, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
